Why "Salher"?
Salher is the site of the highest fort in the Sahyadri mountains in Maharashtra. It offers a unique perspective on the beauty and grandeur of the region.
We think becoming successful at career is like climbing a mountain. Often, the straightest route may not be the most optimized one, and challenges may arise along the way. You need to observe, identify your own strengths, and look for easier paths to climb. You'll enjoy the climb that way and also avoid unnecessary stress.
